Cancellation/Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service, including handling cancellations and refunds in a fair and timely manner. Please read our policy below for information on cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation by Event Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the event organizer, ticket holders will be notified and provided with instructions on how to obtain a refund. The refund amount may vary based on the event organizer's refund policy, which will be stated on the event listing. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally be honored for the new date or time. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Attendee

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a cancellation. The refund amount may vary based on the event organizer's refund policy, which will be stated on the event listing. Generally, refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time. If you have a valid reason for the late cancellation, such as a medical emergency, please contact the event organiser to discuss your options.

Refund Processing

Refunds will generally be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment method is no longer valid, the event organiser may request additional information to process the refund.

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are generally not permitted. If you wish to exchange your ticket for a different ticket type or event, you must cancel your original ticket and purchase a new ticket.

Other Considerations

In some cases, the event organizer may set additional cancellation and refund policies, which will be stated on the event listing. These policies may override our general cancellation and refund policy. Additionally, some events may be non-refundable or have strict no-cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated on the event listing.
